Booking and Reservation procedure :

Its very easy to book your trip or hotel at Orisa tours.

Just fill in the form below and press the send button at the bottom of this page.

Within three days we will reply an E-mail to you as booking confirmation. This mail also contains the payment details for a down- payment. As soon as we receive the downpayment (normally 20 % of the booking sum) on our bank account we will send you a reservation confirmation as booking guarantee.

If you don’t like to use E-mail for booking you can also print out this page and send it by fax or post.

But be aware that postal services in Indonesia are very slow. If you send in this form you thereby declare you agree with our general terms and conditions which you can find at the bottom of this page.

Tour Packages

All tour packages include:

· Accommodation at choice hotel ( twin sharing )
· Transfers & Tours as mentioned on itinerary
· Meals arrangement as mentioned on itinerary
· Donation and entrance fees
· Tour Guide

Not included:

· International and Domestic tickets
· Tips
· Personal expenses

Inquiries and Reservations:

All inquiries and reservations should be made directly to Orisa Tours & Travel, in order to handle your reservations and inquiries efficiently.

Replies and Confirmations:

All the replies and confirmations will be sent by facsimile or e-mail in immediately action.

Cancellation and no show:

Cancellation must be notified with writing to the office of Orisa Tours & travel.

One night cancellation fee will be charged if it is cancelled within 3 days before arrival.

No show fee will be charged one night.

Rates:

Rates quoted in US Dollar for Foreigner and Rupiah for Domestic & KIM’s holder and are subject to high season surcharge on high season period.

Responsibility:

Orisa Tours & Travel acts as agent for transport companies, hotels, restaurants and other contractors and shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may occur.
